Some Simple Tips to Save Fuel

No one wants to pay more than they have to. Hopefully these simple tips will save your some money and time in the long run.
Tires inflation
Make sure that tires of the car are properly inflated. If car’s tires have proper inflated the gas mileage will decrease. Read owner’s manual to make sure what the company recommends as the ideal pressure.
Turn off engine in long wait
If you are in long wait you should turn off the engine. Shutting down and restarting the engine again will save the fuel.
Avoid high speed driving
Your vehicle burn a lot of gasoline at the top speeds. Driving over the speed limit will take a toll on your mileage. So try to be stick to the average driving speed.
Replace the fuel filters in your car
You should regularly replace the fuel filter. The cleaner your fuel filters will be the more efficiently your vehicle will run and will help in saving you more money in fuel costs
Replace the plugs
If you got spark, replace your spark plugs on regular because this can cause for the wastage of fuel.
Weight
Excess wait can burn excess fuel. Avoid unnecessary weight in your vehicle. Clean out that packed that you are carrying around.
Check for your luggage before a drive
Be careful about the things of your usage. Before you go for a journey make sure that you have everything that you need i.e., if going for drive then check out your sunglasses, drink and valet. These little cautions will avoid you to travel back and save your time and fuel as well.
Park under shade
Try to park under the shade, so the inside your car does not heat up as fast and take longer to cool down when you come back in.
Walk or ride a bike
If you are going for a nearby area where you can walk for then go out for a walk instead of driving. If you feel it difficult you may also ride a bike for minor things such as going for grocery shops or general stores.
Join a group for transport
If you have a friend or neighbor that is driving to your desired destination then just tag along. And if you have a coworker that lives near you trade off driving days and carpool.
